Our mission

We grow climate fields to connect soil health, CO₂ storage, renewable raw materials and climate-friendly construction.

A 10,000 m² climate field can bind up to 15 tonnes of CO₂ per year, depending on cultivation, soil and use, and provide hemp biomass for bio-based building materials such as hempcrete. By 2026, Klimafeld aims to support the development of a regional hemp cluster in Vienna and Lower Austria, promote hemp-based materials for a low-carbon construction sector, create a regional circular economy and develop hemp-based solutions for building materials, fibres, food and bio-based products.
